At True Formula, your satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with skincare products that are personal in nature, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You have received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear photos of the issue and packaging
- Provide your order details or inquiry reference
Once verified, we will delivered a replacement product within 5-7 days.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only:
- If the product is out of stock after payment
- If a return is approved due to a valid issue
Refunds will be processed and credited into your original payment methods within 5-7days.
4. No Returns on Used Products
Used, opened, or trialed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team directly. Once processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
